Evesham police were contacted by the driver of the truck who said he was delivering an abnormal amount of American Express Cards and thought he was being followed by an SUV.

Officers were able to locate the vehicle, and the driver, -- identified as Priamo Raphael Lopez-Toro, 40, of Patterson -- who reportedly gave then conflicting stories about why he was in the area and why he was following the truck, according to police.

When they searched the vehicle, officers said they found UPS packages addressed to residents in Evesham, as well as a sheet of paper with dozens of UPS tracking numbers on it.

After further investigation, police said they determined that the suspect was able to compromise peoples identities and used them to order credit cards. He then allegedly followed the delivery truck and picked up the packages once they were delivered.

Police contact all of the people linked to the tracking numbers and asked any additional victims to contact the Evesham Police Department.

Lopez-Toro was charged with four counts of third-degree credit card theft and was held in the Burlington County Jail in lieu of $10,000 full bail.
